In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, we make this privacy notice available to you.
1. Data controller
CELLAR TECHNOLOGIES MÉXICO, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (hereinafter, the “Controller” or “we”), with address in Mexico City, United Mexican States, decides on the use and processing of your personal data, unless another entity or contract designates a processor or joint controller in specific documents.

2. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary or derived from your legal or business relationship with us):
- Identify you and maintain your file as a prospect, client, or business contact
- Respond to and follow up on information requests, quotes, and service engagements
- Fulfill legal, contractual, and tax obligations applicable to the Controller
- Protect the security of our systems, sites, and communications, including detecting misuse
Secondary purposes (they do not prevent the relationship, and you may object under applicable law):
- Send informational or promotional communications about products, services, or events, where applicable and permitted by regulation
- Improve experience on our website, aggregated analytics, and usability testing
- Conduct satisfaction surveys or service metrics, unless another specific purpose is disclosed to you
3. Personal data subject to processing
Depending on how you contact us, we may process, among others:
- Identification: name, email address, phone number
- Professional or employment data: company, role, industry, website, when you provide them voluntarily
- Billing or tax data: only when a legal relationship or requirement justifies them, and on a lawful basis
- Browsing or device data: IP address, cookie identifiers, browser type, pages visited, when you use our site
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, ethnic origin, etc.) unless the nature of the service requires it and you provide separate express consent as required by law. Please do not send such data unless requested or previously coordinated.
4. Use of cookies and similar technologies
Our site may use cookies, web beacons, or analytics tools to measure traffic and improve the service. You may configure your browser to limit or reject cookies; some site features may be affected. When non-essential cookies are used, we will seek configuration or consent as required by applicable regulation.
5. Transfers and processors
Transfers to third parties: the Controller will not sell or assign your data for profit. Transfers may be required to domestic or foreign providers (for example, cloud hosting, transactional email, electronic invoicing) when necessary for the purposes described or by legal obligation; we will seek to ensure recipients follow the Controller’s instructions and, where applicable, contracts and confidentiality clauses.
Processors: personnel or vendors who process data on behalf of the Controller will be bound by confidentiality and, where applicable, compliance with the law.
6. ARCO rights and consent withdrawal
You or your legal representative may access, rectify, cancel, or object to the use of your data, or withdraw consent given, within the terms and timeframes of the law, provided no legal duty or ongoing judicial relationship prevents it. To do so, send your request to the email indicated in section 1, clearly describing your request, contact details, and, if applicable, identification of the data subject or representative.
We will respond within the legal terms and timeframes. If you believe your right has not been addressed, you may file a data protection procedure with the INAI (www.inai.org.mx), in accordance with federal regulation.
7. Security measures and retention
We implement reasonable and proportionate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data. We will retain data while the legal relationship lasts, as necessary for legal or contractual purposes, or for periods set by law; thereafter data will be blocked, deleted, or anonymized in accordance with regulation.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal, business, or site changes. The current version will be published at cellartech.net with its date; we recommend reviewing it periodically. Material changes to purposes or transfers, when required by law, will be communicated additionally or your consent will be requested, as applicable.
9. Acceptance and consent
By using our site or sending us data through the contact channels indicated, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice and, to the extent processing requires consent under the law, you grant it except for timely exercise of objection or withdrawal under the sections above.
